Service Notes Lincoln & Lindsey Blind Society’s aim is to enhance the quality of life for blind, partially sighted and visually impaired people whatever their age or personal circumstances in life. We give practical help, advice and assistance.The Society is an independent voluntary organisation; if you are experiencing sight loss, we are here to support you. You do not have to be registered with a visual impairment, or even have a referral from your doctor or optometrist. You, a family member or a friend, can telephone, call in to see us in person or write to us. We serve North and North East Lincolnshire, East and West Lindsey and Lincoln City. We have various local activity and social groups and can offer computer training. We can also offer befriending and one-to-one visits from trained volunteers.
