Service Notes Options Applegate House offers residential care, support and enablement for adults aged 18 years and over with autism and associated learning difficulties. The service provides a stepping stone for individuals who are ready to transition out of higher dependency residential services and into community-based homes. Applegate provides support with developing and refining social, educational, vocational and life skills to maximise potential and enable progression onto successful independent living. • 18+ years • Male and Female • 6 Self-contained flats • Located within local community • Promotes independent living skills Placements: Up to 52 week residential care and outreach services • Supported by the Regional Clinical Team
