Other Information Manor Farm Children's Centre is based on Priory Lane in Scunthorpe and is located within the grounds of the Priory Lane Community School (Junior Site). Activities and sessions are free, unless otherwise stated and are inclusive to all, including those who have a disability or additional needs. Our Children's Centre is a place where there is a range of support, information and guidance for all families and the core purpose is for us to help families with: * Child development and school readiness. * Parenting aspirations and parenting skills. * Health and life chances. The centre provides services for all children, young people and their families. It is a place where young people and parents can go when they need help and support.
