Service Notes Hall Farm Eastoft is a not for profit Community Interest Company; our aim is to use the natural environment to support individuals and groups to improve mental and physical health and well-being. We operate in partnership with a working farm which supplies potatoes, cereals and high welfare pork into the UK food industry. Here at Hall Farm Eastoft, our Care Farm specialises in providing person centred nature based activities to both adults and children requiring extra support. They will have the ability to gain vital skills, socialise, and keep healthy and active, all in an open, safe, green environment. We offer alternative provision for schools and individuals, and have an after school and holiday club for children in mainstream education.

What is Offered

Special Needs We provide care and therapeutic services via the farm to those with learning difficulties & physical disabilities, autism and dementia, as well as children on alternative provision. We also offer services for those struggling with their mental health. We welcome anyone to join us! We have access here to hundreds of hectares of land, thousands of pigs, and a handful of Alpacas and chickens- all of which are utilised in our care farm plan. Here, adults and children requiring extra support will have the ability to gain vital skills, socialise, and keep healthy and active. We can provide this service by giving them the opportunity to look after the animals, plant, grow and pick vegetables and herbs, and tend to various gardens and areas of land. People learn skills that can improve well-being and potentially lead to employment opportunities. Those who join us will get a rare insight in to how a real working farm works, and be able to be a part of it. We have short term and long term plans in place. We also have a variety of events throughout the year so please contact us for more information and we run an after school farm club on a Wednesday and Thursday during term time and we offer all day session during the school holidays.
