Castledyke Ltd is a private day nursery located within Barton Children's Centre. The nursery offers high quality care and learning for children aged from 12 weeks to 5 years of age, in an open plan setting, all on one level, and divided into three areas; a baby room, a toddler room, and a pre-school room. The nursery is open from 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks of the year, and has spaces for 2year funding, 3year funding of both 15 and 30 hours - offered flexibly to accommodate the needs of working parents.
All areas of the nursery offer the children opportunities to explore, learn and develop. The nursery operates a free flow indoor/outdoor system, and the children have access to the outdoor environment at all times and in all weathers.
All members of staff within the Nursery are trained to a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification, all have attended Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training, and all ensure the individual needs and interests of the children are planned for daily, ensuring all children make progress within all areas of learning.

We offer the 30 hours flexibly between the hours of 7.30 and 6 to accommodate parents needs.

Castledyke Ltd are an inclusive provider who are committed to working in partnership with parents and families for children and young people with special educational needs.
• We adhere to the revised SEN code of practice 2014
• Following our inclusive policy we treat all children, young people and families as individuals.
• Our team undertake regular update training provided by North Lincs or Outside Agencies
• We work in partnership with parents and families and acknowledge them as the main educators for their children.
• We have a Senco who is experienced in Early Identification and supports our staff team as well as parents and families with every process.
• Strong partnerships in place with outside agencies such as Speech and Language, Portage etc enabling the sharing of knowledge, strategies, and support.
• As a setting we have experience of working with children and young people with differing needs and capabilities, for example, Down’s syndrome, Autism, SAL delay, Global Development delay, behavioural difficulties, visual impairments, EAL.
• Planning support/activities differentiated for each individual child
At Castledyke Ltd we ensure that at all stages of Early Identification, parents and families are involved and aware of the strategies in place to support their child to progress in their learning and development.
