Other Information About Me Hi, my name is Amanda, I am married, with 2 older children. The children call me 'Mand' I have been a registered childminder with Ofsted for the past 21 years. My setting is run to a high quality and I am a very flexible person. I try to cater for all and aim to please. We have a large rear garden so the children can have out side flow. There are many educational activities for the children to get involve with inside and out. I can offer the funded 15 hours of early education for two, three and four year olds and up to 30 hours for eligible parents if I have space. My Experience I have been childminding for the past 19 years, moving forward and reflecting on my practice. I run my setting to a high standard, giving the children the best possible start that I can. My last Ofsted inspection was good. My Qualifications Registered with Ofsted Paediatric first aid level 3 Defibrillator trained and Defib on site 2 staff members are also level 3 Health/Environment Child protection Special needs and equal opportunities Play Child behaviour Level 3 in home based childcare EYFS Awareness Foundation induction Food hygiene certificate / we got 5 star rated ECAT ( Every Childs A Talker) Level 3 in Safeguarding Special Educational Needs training Trained and aware in autism Experienced with Early Help My Availability I take children from the age of 0-11 years Opening hours: 7.30am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday & 1700 closing on a Friday My Fees I charge £4.50 per hour. This includes breakfast... lunch or tea Contributions may be asked towards any outings. A £2.50 charge will be added for each main (hot) meal per day. The only items this fee does not include are; Nappies. Baby wipes & Baby milk formula

Special Needs Caters for children with special needs.
We welcome all children and aim to respond appropriately to each child’s differing experiences and individual needs. My setting is run to a high standard, wheel chair friendly and cater for ALL individual needs. We access ongoing training to ensure that children with SEND are identified at the earliest opportunity and attention to any related health care needs.

  • Fully paid families in term time / if your child is over the age of 1 year, there will be a charge of £2.50 per day added for their main meal School aged families (coming in from school at the end of the day) There will be a £2.50 charge per day added for a cooked meal at tea time School aged families (coming in from school at lunch time) There will be a £2.50 charge added per day for a cooked meal at lunch time Holidays : There will be a £2.50 charge added per day for the main meal (lunch time) only. All drinks, including milk, healthy snacks, breakfast (toast, multigrain, crackers, sultanas or weetabix) and a cold meal (if thats part of your child's day) will still be free/in with hourly payment. I know all of you will understand & sorry you got this in letter, I did think about holding a meeting, but I know you all work long hours, some at different times of the day also, discount given for siblings
