I am a registered childminder working in my own home. I offer sessions to meet childrens and parents needs. I am committed to valuing diversity by providing equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice for all children and families. My building can be accessed by wheel chairs. I am my settings SENCO. I attend the local authorities termly Early Years Senco training as part of my ongoing continuous professional development. I have a range of policies including-: Equality of opportunities policy; SEN policy, Admissions policy; Behaviour policy; Medication policy; Safeguarding policy; and Transition policy. I am happy to work with parents for smooth transitions for their child such as to my setting or to another setting from mine. I am happy to work with outside agencies such as health visitors, speech and language therapists etc. I have a wide range of resources for both indoors and outdoors to suit all needs and abilities.
